_return policy
We are sorry things didn't work out for you. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your G&G products purchased on our .co.uk website, please read on for our return policy.
You can return an item to us (for whatever reason), if:
- The product is in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging.
- You request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
- You tried the product and it did not work out on your skin within 60 days of purchase. The product has to be at least 50% full at the time you return it to us. We cannot accept more than 2 bottles for such a return.
Our return process:
- Contact us at support@geekgorgeous.co.uk indicating that you would like to make a return.
- Please package the items carefully, and include a note stating "RETURNED GOODS" and your order number.
- Ship the package to our return address:
Geek & Gorgeous UK, Larkfield Mill, 2, Aylesford ME20 6SQ, UNITED KINGDOM.
PLEASE NOTE: The customer is responsible for organising the return shipment, including costs. We also cannot refund the shipping costs when the order was originally placed.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of your returned package. You’ll then automatically be refunded via your original payment method (in GBP), within 10 business days. A notification email will be sent, informing you that the refund has been processed.
